Site Manager

Activus Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our clients site in Aberlour, Moray with an immediate start. This role is on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• Previous experience on Construction Sites
• First Aid
• Site Manager Responsibilities include:
• Adhere to master programme and develop short term programmes as required
• Develop and implement safe systems of work for all site activities, and ensure all activities carried out in line with construction phase health & safety plan.
• Supervise the quality of the works and hand over a defect-free building
• Manage labour and maintain high productivity
• Hold, chair and minute sub-contractors meetings/ Produce Minutes for Site Meetings
• Carry out site inductions and ensure all certification and paperwork is in place.
• Manage and appoint labour resources for projects in line with budget requirements.
• Monitor and manage all Health and Safety on site and implement systems to maintain high levels of safety at all times, ensuring all checks and paperwork are in place.
• Carry out all Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all works and ensure all appropriate paperwork is in place.
