Our history and values

Founded in 2012, our mission at Activus Recruitment has always been to lead the recruitment industry from the front by providing excellent customer service to everyone we touch. It’s a mission we have stood by, thanks to our own internal staff who care about providing our candidates and clients the best experience possible.

We believe whilst client interaction is utterly critical to our success, we are operating in a service led industry, not a sales one, and as such, that forms the focus of our client relationship development.
